Completely smashed 160 lengths!

Swimming is definitely coming on. The new power I’ve got is fantastic. Did 20 length 30 second rest interval training. Gone from 1.45 lengths per min. to 1.72. Really pleased with progress and a much needed mental positive for Sunday’s distance swim.
