How my meals have changed


From top to bottom:

  • Apple
  • Skimmed milk, bag of lettuce
  • Slice of seeded bread, nutribar, pear
  • Broccoli, carrots, cucumber
  • 2 x Graze porridge, protein power, berries, nuts
  • Prawns, lemon, seeded bread

Also forgot to put in my low-fat prawn cocktail sauce… mmm looking forward to lunch!!!
