After waiting again for the knee pain to calm down and my knee support had arrived via eBay I went for a 5 mile run and the knee seemed OK. In fact no pain at all after I took off the support so it’s doing it’s job!

Really chuffed about that – which means I can keep on running and hopefully this knee will stay intact for a while yet!
